When I was a little girl, I remember looking at a picture on my parents wall of a face silhouette. I can't remember if it was my brother, me, or if they had two pictures of each of us. Anyway, just recently (as in yesterday), I have been on the lookout for people that make them. And surprisingly, you can get them done for $25, which is a lot cheaper than I had thought they would be...especially considering that they cut them out of paper using really tiny scissors. But still more than I would like to spend. So, I looked it up and found out you can do a replica of sorts to look like a silhouette picture. Not as cool as one that is cut out of black paper, but neat nonetheless! Unfortunately, it is a very slow process. But when you get the finished product, it makes all the effort seem worth it. Now, this is my first attempt, so don't judge me too harshly on this picture! I had fun doing it, so I suppose that is all that matters.

The before picture, obviously. This was taken of Alexis and Isabelle at the wedding we attended this weekend. Which reminds me, I really need to get going on posting those pictures! But I found a new addicting hobby doing this, so it will have to wait. I will definitely get to it by this weekend though.

And here's the after.
